When you use our AI features:

• What we process — Only content you actively select gets uploaded, solely to generate the AI effect you requested.
• No biometric profiling — We never build, store, or collect facial templates, feature vectors, or persistent facial IDs.
• No secondary use — Your media is never used for ads, profiling, or model training without explicit consent.
• Immediate deletion — Originals are permanently deleted from our servers the moment your result is ready.
• Our own infrastructure — All AI runs on our proprietary models on private servers. Nothing is sent to third-party AI services.

📱 1.2 Usage & Device Information

We collect basic device data to keep things running smoothly:

• Device ID — An anonymous unique identifier (UUID).
• System info — OS version, device model, carrier.
• Network data — IP address and access logs.
• Usage patterns — How you interact with the app.

This data is tied to an anonymous device ID only — it doesn't identify you personally.

We use this data to:

• 🎬 Power the AI — Generate videos and deliver results.
• 💬 Help you out — Respond to support requests.
• 🛡️ Stay safe — Detect fraud and prevent abuse.
• 📈 Get better — Improve our AI models and your experience.

Pixolyn may ask for these iOS permissions:

• 🖼️ Photos — Pick and edit media for AI processing.
• 📷 Camera — Capture content for video generation.
• 🔍 Tracking (IDFA) — Personalized experience; requires your explicit consent.
• 🔔 Notifications — Let you know when your video is ready.

We never sell your data. Here's how we handle it:

We take your data security seriously:

You're responsible for everything you submit. Make sure you have the rights to your content and that it doesn't infringe on others' rights.

🎨 2.2 Output Nature

AI outputs may not be unique — other users could get similar results. We don't guarantee accuracy or appropriateness of generated content.

🏷️ 2.3 AI Labeling & Watermarking

To comply with digital content regulations, Pixolyn may embed watermarks or "AI-Generated" metadata. Removing or bypassing these identifiers is prohibited.

• Your content — You keep ownership of your originals. You grant us a license to process them solely to deliver the service.
• Output rights — Generated content is yours for personal or commercial use, based on your subscription tier.
• Our property — The app's UI, AI models, filters, templates, and music belong to us and are protected by copyright.

• 💰 Billing — All payments go through your Apple ID.
• 📊 Price changes — Prices may change with prior notice.
• 🔄 Auto-renewal — Renews automatically unless cancelled 24+ hours before the period ends.
• ↩️ Refunds — Must be requested through Apple Support.
• ⚡ Credits — Compute credits may expire at the end of each billing cycle.

• 🚫 Deepfakes — Non-consensual intimate imagery or deceptive impersonations.
• ⛔ Illegal content — CSAM, extreme violence, hate speech, or anything violating the law.
• 🔒 Reverse engineering — Extracting or replicating our AI model weights or architecture.
• 🎭 Fraud — Passing off AI output as real human-captured content for deception.

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process on-device when possible; cloud processing uses encryption and immediate deletion after completion.

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages — including AI "hallucinations," data loss, or service interruptions.

We may update these terms or features as AI regulations evolve. We'll give reasonable notice for material changes. Continued use means you accept the updates.

Pixolyn offers VIP tiers that unlock premium AI video features. All payments are processed through your iTunes Account via the App Store.

To cancel:

1. Open Settings on your device
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Find Pixolyn in the list
5. Tap Cancel Subscription

No cancel button? That means it's already cancelled.

Since Apple handles payments, we can't issue refunds directly. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request one.

If you start a free trial, any unused time is lost once you purchase a subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid charges.
